Dear Sir,

Sequel to your request from the good people of Oyo State yesterday to suggest the best way the Oyo State Government can use to distribute the palliative measure you are planning to put in place in this COVID-19 period. I hereby suggest as follows;

1. We have 33 Local Government Area and 35 Local Council Development Area in Oyo State.

2. Firstly, will the beneficiaries be limited to Provider alone that is people that cater to the welfare of their dependant or everybody in the State? If it is only Provider then we can use these methods;

3. Each Local Government/LCDA should furnish the government with the number of Wards in their jurisdictions.

4. Each Ward Leaders Should furnish the local government with the number of Street in their ward

5. Each Streets through their Landlord Association Chairman should furnish the Ward Leaders with the number of houses in their street.

6. Each house should have a representative that will furnish Landlord Association Chairman the numbers of Occupants (Provider) in their house and their data (Name and telephone number).

7. With the data collated the State Government will know what to buy and how much to budget.

8. Each item will be handed over to the LGA/LCDA.

9.LGA /LCDA will hand it over to Ward Representatives

10. Ward Representatives will hand it over to Representatives of each street.

11. Representatives of each street will hand it over to the leader of each house.

12. While Occupants /Beneficiaries will collect it from their house leaders.

13. A dedicated helpline can be rolled out to the general public in case there is any sort of sabotage.

I strongly believe that if one or two can ideas stated above can be used it would ameliorate the sufferings that will emanate from the  Stay at home order of the Governor.

Thank you, sir.
