On Tuesday, Canada and the United States has elongated the ban on non-essential travel between the two nations with 30 days, as part of measures to curtail the extension of pandemic corona virus in the country.

Mr. Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada, revealed this on Tuesday, NAN reports.

Meanwhile, the ban does not include trade across the boundary that stretch 5,525 miles (8,891 km).

Mr. Justin said this during daily conference that the prohibition which commenced in March is to keep safeguard the citizens.

“Canada’s 10 provinces had made it clear they wanted the measures to be rolled over and Washington had been open to extending the ban.

“This is an important decision that will keep people in both of our countries safe,” Trudeau added.
