There are some sets of factors you must consider if you want to be productive in your place of work or at what you do. If you fail to fight them, they will fight you.

1. Negative Mindset: Negative mindset will always limit your ability. It will not allow you to see the best in what you ought to do even if there is a chance of success in it. If you don't work on your mindset, your mindset will rob you off your chance to win in life.

2. Unclear Expectations: One of the reasons I used to ask folks to tell me why they want to get involved in anything was to know their motive. If your expectations about what you are doing is not clear, you will never give your all to it. Ask questions to know what is expected from you. Your expectations in your job should be cleared in order for you to do what is required from you.

3. Noisy Co-Worker: These are people who will turn your attention from productivity to an activity. Avoid them before they slow you down.

4. Unofficial Assignments: When you engage in other things that are not related to your assignment, it will affect your productivity. Avoid distractions.

5. Victim Mentality: When you have a victim mentality, it will lower your self esteem. There are some people who see themselves as victims of hate or victims of circumstance around their place of work. And because of this, they are just doing their job without zeal. They have the mindset that nobody really cares about them so they are just doing their tasks for doing sake. This will not help you, it will only reduce you and chain you to the ground.

If you are experiencing any of these, it's time for you to adjust. Make a decision to improve all your activities so as to become great at what you do.

Congratulations to all the Corp Members passing out today. I pray that the Lord prosper your ways in Jesus name. Amen!
