The Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, has announced the total number of COVID-19 patients released in Nigeria as 13,447 sequence 344 fresh successfully treated cases.

The health agency revealed this in a tweet through its verified twitter page on Sunday.

The health agency said, 571 fresh cases of the pandemic virus were recorded in 20 states, making the total number of deadly cases hit 32,558.

The health agency also disclosed that there were 16 new COVID-19 deaths recorded in the last 24 hours across Nigeria, with the death toll in the country to hit 740.
