The countries with the highest COVID-19 death cases has been revealed by the World Health Organization, WHO, regional office for Africa in Brazzaville, Congo.
Africa has announced total number of 11,052 who died as a result of complications arising from pandemic corona virus also known as COVID-19.
In line with the recent number released by WHO, the figure of COVID-19 cases in Africa has increased to 461,203 in the last 24 hour.
Untill Sunday, 5th July, 2020, Egypt has recorded 3,280 deaths, the highest figure in the world, South Africa is the next country with 3,026 daeth while Algeria the third country recorded 946 deaths.
The most popular country in Africa,who is Nigeria, has recorded 634 deaths so far.
The other nation are Sudan (608 deaths), Cameroon (313 deaths), Morocco (232 deaths), DR Congo (181 deaths), Kenya (159 deaths), Mauritania (129 deaths), Senegal (129 deaths), Mali (118 deaths) and Ghana (117 deaths).
