Rev Dr Frank Paul, who is the Pastor in charge of First ECWA church, Lokoja, Kogi State, has asked on the judiciary to neglect autocratic leadership and rescue the country.

Rev Father said that they should make their stand and be firm in their decisions to deliver Nigeria democracy from breaking apart.

The Cleric man made this statements on Sunday during the 2020/2021service legal year prepared by the Kogi State Judiciary.

In his statement he said, Nigeria require accurate operation, emphasize that, “Only the judiciary can do this surgical operation effectively and not medical experts”.

He added that, Nigeria needs a government that will equates everyone before the law, also said further that the citizens are fed up of oppression.

He emphasized that. “We know that the judiciary are facing some challenges amounting to executive and legislative interference. They have to be prepared to overcome those challenges. Their legal calling is a golden opportunity to rescue Nigerian from dictatorship, and collapse. They must come together to unite against disintegration of the country."

The Acting Chief Judge of Kogi State, Hon. Justice Henry Olusuyi said in his expression that, the Kogi State judiciary under his leadership would always conduct justice with the fear and trembling of God.

“We are mere mortals. We have no other God but him. As a critical arm of government, we have come to humble ourselves before God as we prepare ourselves for this new legal year. We know that God Will see us through,” he added.
