The current Iyaloja (mother or leaders of a market women) of Oyo State is dead

Alhaja Wuraola Asake Kola-Daisi died at 86.

Her son, Chief Rotimi Jogunosinmi confirmed her passing away to newsmen on Thursday in Ibadan, Oyo state capital.

The deceased became Iyaloja of Oyo State in 2008 during the administration of Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala.

Chief Rotimi Jogunosinmi stated the late Iyaloja would be lay to rest on Thursday at her residence.

Chief Rotimi thanked family members, the Oyo State Market Leaders Council, and Mrs Odunayo Danjuma, the South-West Coordinator, National Association of Nigerian Traders and Alhaja Risiwat Ameringun, the Iyaloja of Ibadanland for their support to his mother.
