According to T. Harv Eker, the number five wealth files in the thinking system of the rich and the poor has to do with their focus in life.

Rich people see opportunities, poor people see obstacles. Rich people see potential growth, poor people see potential loss. Rich people focus on the rewards, poor people focus on risks.

Poor people make choices based on fear. Their minds are constantly scanning for what could go wrong in any situation. And their primary mindset is "What if it doesn't work?" The middle-class mindset is "I hope this works?" While the rich take responsibility for their results and act upon the mindset of "It will work because I will make it work."

Rich people take an educated risk. They research and make decisions based on solid information and facts.

You have to do something, buy something or start something if you want to have the results you desire, instead of starring at the obstacles.
