Nasir El-Rufai, Kaduna State Governor, said the enemies terrifying the state will be conquered.

He said this on Wednesday during a working visit by the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amoo.

Nasir El-Rufai said his government would not fold his hands and see bandits interrupting the education system in the state.

Mr Governor appreciate security personnel for their war against the lawless banditry and rebellious in Kaduna and Nigeria at large.

NAN quoted him as saying, “We are confident that we shall win the fight against banditry, we are sure that our schools will remain functional."

Kaduna State Governor, remembered the agreement of a stakeholders meeting held on Tuesday.

The government officials, heads of security agencies, civil society and religious groups were in attendance.

He said, “We agreed that only the most vulnerable schools should be shut down, because they cannot be easily accessed due to the terrain of their location."

Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amoo revealed that his working visit was to cross check the precautionary measures of the Air Training Command, whose security agency are using in wagging war against the bandits in the northern parts on the country.

Meanwhile, Nasir El-Rufai had vowed that his government will not negotiate or pay any ransom to bandits.
