Imo State socio cultural organization (SCO) has called Senator Hope Uzodinma, the executive Governor to give a proper account of N4billion he reportedly borrowed to payoff salaries and pensions of local government workers.

According to the statement signed by Martins Opara, the President-General of the group blamed Hope Uzodinma of lack of proper manangement of funds and vision.

Martins Opara challenged the Imo state government to release it's allocation and the twenty-seven local government areas as well as projects the allocations were used for within one-year to the general public.

The Imo State socio cultural organization(SCO) however, accused the Imo State House of Assembly for signing such a outrageous loan which has put the state in a high debt profile in Nigeria
